About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Landscaping Foreman to manage install jobs, guide part-time crew members, and represent our brand in the field. You’ll run a truck, oversee quality, communicate job specifics, and make real-time decisions with our full trust and support.

Duties

Lead small install crews with Craigslist helpers

Coordinate and execute jobs from blueprint to completion

Load, haul, and operate tools and machinery

Maintain high standards of professionalism on every site

Communicate directly with the owner on job progress and needs

Track hours, material usage, and site safety

Qualifications

2+ years landscaping install experience

Leadership skills and confidence directing others

Clean driving record

Strong attention to detail

Skid steer or mini-excavator experience (bonus)

Now Hiring: Lawn Maintenance Foreman — Solo Route, High Standards 

About the Role

You’ll run a solo residential route with high standards and efficient systems already in place. The goal? Tight schedules, recurring clients, and top-quality work. Over time, you may train a helper and grow into a two-man crew.

Duties

Operate 48” and 21” mowers

Weekly mowing, edging, trimming, blowing

Handle seasonal cleanups and minor site maintenance

Communicate with clients and report issues

Maintain equipment and track time

Qualifications

1–2+ years lawn care experience

Ability to work solo with speed and quality

Valid driver’s license

Clean presentation and professional attitude

Route efficiency or customer service experience (bonus)
