2. Step 2: On-Site Consultation

• Take measurements, note drainage issues, sun exposure, access points
  
  

• Review any HOA or permit considerations
  
  

If you don’t know what you want — that’s fine. We’ll guide you.

3. Step 3: Estimate & Scope of Work

• You receive a detailed line-item quote
  
  

• Includes materials, labor, prep work, disposal, and warranties
  
  

• We revise as needed until you’re confident in the plan
  
  

• We provide visual samples or sketches when appropriate

4. Step 4: Project Scheduling

• We collect a deposit to hold your slot
  
  

• Confirm expected start date and duration
  
  

• Order materials and secure any needed equipment or permits
  
  

• Provide a “prep checklist” (pet gates, access clearance, irrigation flagging, etc.)
  
  

We aim to schedule around weather and site conditions — communication stays open throughout.

5. Step 5: Installation

• We show up on time, with a clean crew and proper tools
  
  

• Daily progress updates and walkthroughs as needed
  
  

• Mid-job change requests handled transparently
  
  

• Safety, site cleanliness, and respect for your property = non-negotiable
  
  

We build it the right way, not the fastest way.

6. Step 6: Final Walkthrough & Support

• You walk the completed project with us
  
  

• We check slope, drainage, plant health, hardscape finish
  
  

• Answer care questions and provide basic maintenance guidelines
  
  

• Final payment only after you’re satisfied
  
  

We’re available for support, repairs, or upgrades long after install.
